Freegrin makes oral care and body care the way it was done before plastic: miswak toothbrush sticks, herbal miswak toothpaste, pocket breath strips, dissolvable mouthwash tablets and PPD-free henna. Simple ingredients, honest claims, and packaging you can compost or recycle.
Why we started
The miswak (siwak) twig has been used as a toothbrush for more than 1,400 years across the Middle East, South Asia and Africa. It needs no toothpaste, no water, no plastic — and modern studies still find it holds its own against a manual toothbrush for plaque control. We thought a habit that good deserved better packaging, honest information and a way to buy it anywhere in the world. Freegrin grew out of that: a miswak brand first, then the everyday products that fit the same idea — fresh breath you can carry in a pocket, and hair colour without PPD or ammonia.

Freegrin is a brand of MISWAK LIMITED, a company registered in Hong Kong, run by a small team in Hong Kong and Shenzhen. We sell directly on freegrin.co, on TikTok Shop in the UK, Germany and the US, and on Amazon in the US. Orders from freegrin.co ship from our warehouses in Asia and Germany; most European and North American orders arrive within 7–15 days, and we answer every email at support@freegrin.co.
How we make our products
Our miswak sticks are harvested from the Salvadora persica tree, cut, dried and sealed to keep them fresh; the flavoured versions are coated with food-grade mint, clove or coconut. Henna powders are sifted plant powder — henna (Lawsonia inermis) and, for the darker shades, indigo (Indigofera tinctoria) — with no added dyes. Full ingredient lists are on every product page.
