Is your henna 100% natural?
Yes. Our henna products are crafted from 100% plant-based ingredients, free from synthetic chemicals, PPD, and metallic salts.
What is a miswak and how do I use it?
The miswak is a traditional natural toothbrush from the Salvadora persica tree. Peel back the tip, chew slightly to soften the fibres into a brush, and clean your teeth — a sustainable alternative to plastic brushes.
Are your products safe for sensitive skin?
Our ingredients are pure and natural, but we always recommend a patch test 24 hours before full application.
Usage & Care
How do I get the best colour from henna powder?
Mix the powder with warm water (and a touch of lemon juice), let the paste rest 4–6 hours before applying, and leave on for 2–4 hours.
How should I store my miswak?
Keep it in a cool, dry place. If the tip dries out, soak it in water for a few minutes or trim the end to expose fresh fibres.

14 days for unopened items — see our Refund & Return Policy. Opened personal-care items can’t be returned for hygiene reasons, but we always fix damaged, incorrect or missing orders with a replacement or refund. To start, use the Returns & Refunds form with your order number.
How do I track my order?
