This Privacy Policy describes how MISWAK LIMITED (trading as Freegrin, “we”, “us”, “our”) collects, uses, stores and shares your personal information when you visit freegrin.co (the “Site”), make a purchase, subscribe to our newsletter, or otherwise communicate with us (together, the “Services”). Please read it carefully. By using the Services you acknowledge that you have read and understood this Privacy Policy.
1. Who we are
MISWAK LIMITED is a company registered in Hong Kong SAR. Our registered office is RM 10D R1, 10/F, Kin Ga Ind Building, 9 San On Street, Tuen Mun, Hong Kong. For the purposes of applicable data-protection laws (including the EU/UK GDPR and the Hong Kong Personal Data (Privacy) Ordinance) we are the data controller of the personal information described in this policy.
2. Personal information we collect
Depending on how you interact with us, we may collect the following categories of personal information:
- Contact details — name, email address, phone number, billing address and shipping address.
- Order and transaction information — the products you view, add to cart or purchase, order history, returns and refunds, and the payment method used. We do not store full payment-card numbers. Card and wallet payments are processed by our PCI-DSS-compliant payment processors (for example PayPal and Airwallex), who receive your payment details directly.
- Account information — username, password (hashed), preferences and saved addresses, if you create an account.
- Communications — the content of emails, messages, reviews and customer-support enquiries you send us.
- Device and usage information — IP address, browser type, operating system, referring pages, pages viewed and time on Site, collected automatically through server logs, cookies and similar technologies (see Section 6).
- Marketing preferences — whether you have subscribed to or unsubscribed from our newsletter.
3. How we collect it
- Directly from you — when you place an order, create an account, subscribe, leave a review or contact us.
- Automatically — through cookies, server logs and analytics when you browse the Site.
- From service providers — for example payment processors confirming a payment, or carriers confirming a delivery.
4. How we use your personal information

5. How we share your personal information
We do not sell your personal information. We share it only with:
- Payment processors (e.g. PayPal, Airwallex) to process your payment and prevent fraud;
- Shipping carriers and fulfilment partners to deliver your order;

6. Cookies and analytics
The Site uses a small number of cookies that are strictly necessary for it to work — for example to keep items in your cart, remember your login and secure the checkout. We use privacy-friendly, first-party analytics that record aggregate page views without building individual profiles. We may embed content from third parties such as TikTok; those platforms may set their own cookies when the embedded content loads, governed by their privacy policies. You can control cookies through your browser settings; disabling essential cookies may prevent you from completing a purchase.
7. International transfers
We are based in Hong Kong and our servers and service providers may be located in the United States, the European Union and other countries. Where we transfer personal information out of the EEA or the UK, we rely on recognised safeguards such as the European Commission’s Standard Contractual Clauses (or the UK equivalent), unless the destination has been found to offer adequate protection.
8. Data retention
We keep order and transaction records for as long as necessary to provide the Services and to meet legal, tax and accounting obligations (generally 7 years). Account information is kept until you delete your account. Newsletter data is kept until you unsubscribe. Server logs are retained for a limited period for security purposes and then deleted or anonymised.
9. Security
The Site is served over HTTPS/TLS. Payment details are handled by our payment processors and never stored on our servers. We use access controls, encryption and regular updates to protect your information; however, no method of transmission or storage is completely secure and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

Residents of California and other U.S. states may also have rights under state privacy laws, including the right to know, delete and opt out of the sale or sharing of personal information — we do not sell or share personal information for cross-context behavioural advertising. We will not discriminate against you for exercising your rights.
11. Children
The Services are not directed to children under 16 and we do not knowingly collect personal information from them. If you believe a child has provided us with personal information, please contact us and we will delete it.
12. Third-party links
The Site may link to third-party websites and social-media platforms. We are not responsible for their privacy practices; please review their policies before providing any information.
13. Changes to this policy
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. The revised version will be posted on this page with a new “Last updated” date, and where required by law we will notify you.
