You can buy Freegrin breath strips (sold as Freegrin Mouthwash Tablets in some markets) anywhere in the USA directly from freegrin.co. A single box of 12 pocket packs is $9.99, two boxes are $17.99 and three boxes are $24.99. Delivery to any US address is a flat $4.99, and free once your order reaches $9.99 — so even one box ships free. If you have seen dissolvable breath strips on TikTok and want them shipped to a US address without guessing on price or delivery, this guide lays out exactly what they cost, how fast they arrive, and which flavour or bundle makes sense for you.
What Freegrin breath strips are
Freegrin breath strips are thin, sugar-free, zero-calorie strips that dissolve on your tongue to freshen your breath in seconds. Each strip comes in its own slim pocket pack, so you can drop a few in a wallet, bag or car and reach for one after coffee, lunch or a long meeting. There is nothing to spit out and no water needed. They are the same product some shoppers know as “mouthwash tablets” or “mouthwash strips” — different name, same pocket-sized fresh breath.
Flavours available for US delivery: Peppermint, Spearmint, Mint, Strawberry and Watermelon. Peppermint and Spearmint are the strongest and most popular; Strawberry and Watermelon are lighter and sweeter without any sugar.
Prices for US buyers
Every flavour is priced the same, and buying more than one box lowers the price per pack. Here is the full breakdown in US dollars:
| Option | What you get | Price (USD) | Per pocket pack |
|---|---|---|---|
| 1 Box | 12 pocket packs, one flavour | $9.99 | ~$0.83 |
| 2 Boxes | 24 pocket packs | $17.99 | ~$0.75 |
| 3 Boxes | 36 pocket packs | $24.99 | ~$0.69 |
| Variety 3-Pack | 3 boxes, 4 preset flavours to mix | $24.99 | ~$0.69 |
| All 5 Flavours Bundle | 5 boxes, one of each flavour | $39.99 | ~$0.67 |
Because free shipping kicks in at $9.99, a single box already ships free to the US. If you want to try more than one flavour, the Variety 3-Pack and the All 5 Flavours Bundle work out cheaper per pack than buying single boxes.
Where to buy
The simplest route for US shoppers is to order the flavour or bundle you want straight from the breath strips collection. You pay in US dollars, the price you see is the price you pay, and there is no marketplace markup in between.
Delivery, duties and returns
Here is how fulfilment works for US addresses:
- Shipping cost: flat $4.99, or free on orders of $9.99 and up.
- Delivery time: about 7–15 days with tracking. You get a tracking number by email once the parcel ships.
- Ships from: our Hong Kong warehouse for US orders.
- Currency: checkout and prices are in US dollars.
- Import duties: we do not prepay customs charges. Small personal parcels like a box or two of breath strips usually clear without any extra fee, but we cannot guarantee it; any charge that does apply is paid by the recipient.

Which flavour or bundle should you pick?
If you want the strongest fresh hit
Choose Peppermint or Spearmint. These are the go-to after coffee, garlic-heavy lunches or before a meeting. Curious how well strips actually handle those situations? See do breath strips work for coffee, smoking and garlic.
If you want something lighter
Strawberry and Watermelon give a clean, sweet-but-sugar-free freshness that is easy to reach for through the day.
If you cannot decide
Start with the Variety 3-Pack or the All 5 Flavours Bundle so you can find your favourite without committing to three boxes of one taste.
How to use them
Peel open one pocket pack, place a single strip on your tongue, and let it dissolve — that is the whole routine. Most people use one strip as needed rather than on a schedule. For a fuller walkthrough, including how many is reasonable in a day, see how many breath strips a day and our overview of whether breath strips actually work.
What is inside — and what is not
Freegrin breath strips are built to be simple. Each strip is sugar-free and zero-calorie, so they fit a low-sugar or keto routine and will not spike anything. They dissolve on contact, which means no chewing, no spitting and no sticky residue on your teeth the way some mints leave behind. The pocket-pack format keeps each dose sealed and dry until you open it, so a pack that has ridden around in your bag for a month still works the same as a fresh one.
They are made to freshen breath on the go, not to replace brushing. Think of them as the thing you reach for between a coffee and a call, or after a garlicky lunch, when a full oral-care routine is not an option. Pair them with a proper morning and evening routine — many Freegrin customers keep a box of strips in the car and a miswak stick or toothbrush at home.
Buying more than one flavour
Most US shoppers who reorder end up with two or three flavours on rotation — a strong Peppermint for after meals and a lighter Strawberry or Watermelon for the afternoon. If that sounds like you, the bundles are the cheaper way in: the All 5 Flavours Bundle works out to about $0.67 a pack versus $0.83 for a single box, and you skip the guesswork of picking just one.

Are Freegrin Mouthwash Tablets the same as breath strips?
