How to Reorder the Same Miswak: SKU, Flavour and Pack Checks

When you find a miswak pack you want to buy again, a familiar photo or the word “variety” may seem enough to identify it. Freegrin has more than one variety-pack listing, however, and their ordering options differ. A reliable repeat order starts with the product reference and selected pack size, not the colour of the wrapper.

Find the reference from your previous purchase

Look at your order confirmation or saved product page and note the product name, SKU if shown, flavour and pack size. A SKU is the store’s product reference. It is more precise than a broad name such as “miswak sticks,” but it should still be read alongside the selected option. If your receipt does not show a SKU, keep the product link and the complete line-item description.

Two variety listings: what to compare

On the second listing, the 6-Pack option has reference FG-WM-MSWK-VAR-6 and contains two sticks of each listed flavour. The 12-Pack option has reference FG-WM-MSWK-VAR-12 and contains four of each. A shared word in the title does not establish that two separate listings are interchangeable. If you want the same item again, match your previous reference before selecting a replacement.

Check the pack option separately from basket quantity

The pack option specifies the contents of one purchased pack. Basket quantity specifies how many of those packs you order. For example, selecting the six-stick option and setting basket quantity to two gives twelve sticks in total. Selecting the twelve-stick option and setting quantity to two gives twenty-four. Those examples explain the count; they do not promise identical packaging or pricing between combinations.

Before paying, read the basket line again. Check that it shows your intended product, pack option and quantity, particularly if you changed an option before adding the item.

What if the old listing or packaging has changed?

Do not identify a replacement by wrapper colour alone. Compare the current written flavour and quantity, and ask the store to clarify any difference you cannot resolve. A useful message includes the previous product reference, the pack option you ordered and the link you are considering now. Avoid posting your order confirmation publicly because it may contain personal details.

Finally, check the current availability and checkout terms. An old receipt is useful for identifying a product, but it is not a promise that today’s price, delivery cost or stock will be the same.
